Dr. Williams took care of both of my sons' wisdom teeth this summer, so I have not one but two excellent recent experiences with him and his office. From the initial consult to the follow up care, every detail ran smoothly and surpassed our expectations. All of the office staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Williams himself spends time carefully explaining the procedure and truly takes an interest in the well-being of his patients. Both of my boys experienced very little pain and zero complications. We are grateful for Dr. Williams's expert care in ensuring our kids' oral health.

There is too much for me to unpack here as as far as my negative experience with this establishment on a review. Let me just say that this place is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in regard to discretion and professionalism. Shameful. It's unfortunate that this disgraceful establishment is the only facility available in town. ANY other place would be better.

I hate that I even have to give a star… They have no communication skills with other employees. I was referred by my dentist.. as an emergency, which called ahead of time… I was told to go and they would pull my tooth that day because it was an emergency. Let’s just say this didn’t happen. This place is awful and the surgeon was rude and raised his voice at me.. the girl who took me back kept telling me “ I need to get you in or cancel we have people waiting.” Just so you know there was not a single person in the waiting room at this time. I was trying to figure out why I was lied to. Then they proceeded to say we listened to both phone calls. First of all there was 4 calls between myself, my dentist and them. I would never refer them to anyone. They are rude, staff was so unfriendly and the demeanor of the surgeon was awful. Sorry Mr. I’m bettter than you. I should’ve listened before I went. I had three people tell me not to go there. Next time I’ll read reviews. Thanks for nothing.

My mother had an appointment for her jaw and ended up with a complication before and went to the emergency room and was hospitalized. She has called numerous times and no one will call her back stating "Dr Stevens hasnt messaged me back so youll have to wait. " her other health providers have called on her behalf and are getting no response. Willing to update, in hopes this issue gets resolved.

I just recently went back to get more teeth extracted Dr. Long and his staff were very caring and took good care of me. They have been so awesome!!! They were very caring and got me through it again. I will only go to them now for teeth extractions etc. They are the best in my experience!!! I cannot say enough about how good they really are to their patients! 😃🥰 Thank you for always being there for me. Your truly professional. 😁
